Introduction

Vancouver Fire & Radius Security is seeking a Service Coordinator to add to our Customer Service Department. Your purpose will be to ensure our clients’ needs are being met by coordinating a team of technicians and managing their schedules. If you love to stay organized, can handle multiple demands at once, and you have a have customer first mindset, we want to hear from you!

Job Description

Your success will be measured on how efficiently and accurately you are managing and executing these responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall workflow and output of your assigned technicians which includes making call-outs, organizing technicians schedules with annual inspections and repairs, and inputting their timecards for payroll and job tracking purposes
  • Responsible for incoming calls on queue and direct line and address customers’ needs including trouble calls
  • Coordinate work of service technicians while ensuring optimum schedules
  • Reconcile technicians’ paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion
  • Create repair letters for customers
  • Act as liaison between the customer, customer service team, and service technicians

Requirements

  • 1-2 years working in customer service or an office setting
  • Previous experience in working in an administrative support role
  • Proficient working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Professional and articulate (effective communicator both verbal & written)
  • Completion of higher education is an asset
